Jeff’s coaching has increased the positivity in my life, marriage, and career

I was extremely hesitant to join life coaching because I felt it wasn’t going to impact my life, career, or business. After two months of participating and committing to doing the homework, I started to see and feel a mind shift change. I was taking and acknowledging the feelings and desires that I am/was feeling into action plans. Once I started to list and own my values, and what I want from life, it has opened my eyes and heart to what I desire my life to look like.

Jeff is patient and understanding of my hectic life yet still manages to make sure I get the utmost best out of each session. I never leave feeling like there isn’t more I can start to adapt in my life.

The lessons from life coaching with Jeff continue to impact the life goals that I have versioned for myself and my family, as well as a vision for my future. It isn’t that we don’t know, its that we are not always awake to implementing them into our journey.
