Thanks to Jeff, I am on the climb out with a new outlook on my circumstances

My name is Nicole Schreiber, and I’m a 32-year-old full-time mom of two beautiful girls and a part-time Beachbody Coach.

I reached out to Jeff to help me grow my business since some of my very successful teammates highly recommended him. My goal in working with him was to take my business to the next level, but in the process of his coaching, I realized I had a lot more important things going on in my life that needed more attention.

I was extremely hesitant to join life coaching because I felt it wasn’t going to impact my life, career, or business. After two months of participating and committing to doing the homework, I started to see and feel a mind shift change.

I was taking and acknowledging the feelings and desires that I am/was feeling into action plans. Once I started to list and own my values, and what I want from life, it has opened my eyes and heart to what I desire my life to look like.

Since working with Jeff, I’ve been able to identify my values and apply those to my goals. That’s when everything started to change and shift in my life. I have a clear vision of what I want my life to look like, and a clear path to getting there.

One of the most important things we have worked on is a Life Partner profile. Being divorced with three small children, I have found these exercises to be invaluable as I move forward and consider dating again.

Jeff helped me become a better coach

I started my life-coaching process with Jeff as part of studying to become a coach myself, but it was far from being just another “study chore”…

The last few years in my life have been full of changes as a result of an awakening awareness to values, needs and wants that I have been ignoring for a long time. Jeff helped me explore and put some of those feelings and intuitions into words, encouraging me to see more clearly how the changes I am going through are connected to who I am and how I define my purpose in life.

The first time I met Jeff in our intro session I cried for almost an hour, I felt that nothing is “going for me” and that I lost touch with myself and my intuition to make good decisions for my life.

That was a little over a year ago. I don’t remember too much from our first session, but when he said in the end you’re going to be fine” something in those words touched me deeply, I felt that he really meant what he said, and I believed him, so I believed in myself.

Jeff helped me address some major limiting beliefs

It was a year ago, right around my birthday, when I hired a coach to help me work through some mental blocks I was facing. At first, I was hesitant. I mean, why did I need a coach? I was reading personal development. I had goals. But, at the end of the day, I felt “stuck.”

Being a person that has a lot of training and background in leadership and wellness, I am a hard sale on thinking I need someone to grow. Jeff Has Been A True Soul Friend

When I started my coaching journey with Jeff, I was at an important crossroad of contemplating that there must be more in this life for me than just getting through a day. Surely I was purposed for something more!

Our work has been pivotal in my discovery that there have been indicators all throughout my life of my passion and purpose! I just needed someone to help me find them. It has been so freeing to see that nothing of my life journey was lost and it can ultimately come together to fulfill my deepest desires.

Jeff Has Inspired Me

When Jeff described himself as “a dream catcher,” someone who’s purpose was to discover others’ dreams and help them realize how to fulfill them, I knew immediately I needed to work with him. It was honestly like a bolt of lightning hit… I couldn’t get the phrase out of my head. I felt like I’d lost my dreams; or that I’d retreated into the world of others’ dreams, more accurately, retreating to books and movies to escape the fact that I was frozen with indecision on the next stage of my life. I felt that whatever step I took next was going to change my life, and the fear of taking the wrong step was paralyzing.

I am so thankful

I am so thankful that God led me to Jeff. I have been blessed to receive coaching from him over the past year. Every leader needs a leader who is wise and has a combination of life experiences and Godly wisdom to process things with.

Jeff has been a gift to me, to ask good questions and to help me dig deep to explore what is not obvious. I have sensed God wanting me to make some shifts in life and ministry, and needed someone authentic to help guide me through the process of seeing the way forward.

Life Coaching with Jeff was a huge blessing

Life Coaching with Jeff was a huge blessing, as it helped me break free in areas where I was stuck, in life and love. Life was coasting and love awakened, BUT the two didn’t flow together in harmony. My life was out of alignment. I lacked peace and longed to have passion and purpose restored.

Through coaching, we dealt with my broken focus and why my vision was unclear. Sometimes you need to borrow someone else’s glasses/perspective, while yours is being repaired.

I cannot recommend Jeff enough

Jeff’s coaching is life-changing and I don’t say that lightly. Each week we would meet over Skype and discuss exercises that walk you through discovering your life’s purpose and mission, and then how all that would fit with what you are looking for in a life partner.

This may sound odd, but the greatest thing I learned from it is that it is okay to be me. It’s a huge confidence booster that has helped me professionally and relationally. I cannot recommend it enough!
