Jeff helped me address some major limiting beliefs

It was a year ago, right around my birthday, when I hired a coach to help me work through some mental blocks I was facing. At first, I was hesitant. I mean, why did I need a coach? I was reading personal development. I had goals. But, at the end of the day, I felt “stuck.” Working with Jeffrey R. Burns was one of the best decisions I could have ever made. The process pushed me to GROW in ways I had been fighting.

Here’s the thing: he didn’t tell me what to do. He asked me questions. He helped me find the answers that I already had inside me. That’s what a good coach does: coaches you from where you are to where you want to and can be. Working with him also really solidified my desire to become a John Maxwell certified coach as well. So, I did just that as soon as we got back to the states.

The funny thing is I still am not 100% sure what I want to be when I grow up. But I do know this: I NEVER want to stop growing. Ever. My life philosophy is that when you stop getting better, you stop being good. Jeff helped me address some major limiting beliefs, see the big picture, and take steps to actively walk out of a self-induced fog. I HIGHLY recommend Jeff as a coach!
