Jeff’s coaching transformed my life, business, and relationships

Working with Jeff as my life coach really helped me to dig deeper and figure out what was holding me back and keeping me stuck. Why I had hit the ceiling and how to break through that mental and emotional barrier. Through Jeff’s coaching, I have been able to uncover those blocks and work through them. I have been able to really get clear on my vision and find passion and purpose in my work and life again. I have been able to set healthy boundaries and learn to say no. I have determined how to protect my energy better.

Since I began coaching with Jeff, I have completely transformed. When I started with Jeff, I was in such a dark place, struggling with depression and lots of stress and anxiety. My head was filled with fears and doubts, and I didn’t have a clear vision. I had lost sight of my purpose and passion was feeling stuck and lost. I had a more negative mindset and victim mentality. I was struggling to find belief and confidence in myself. I had limiting beliefs that I wasn’t good enough that were controlling me and the way I saw the world. These limiting beliefs and negative mindsets were affecting my life, my relationships, and my business.

I have completely changed my mindset around and have so much more discipline and positive intention in my day. I don’t feel burned out, and I know where I’m going and believe I will get there. I am also much happier.

And because of all the changes I’ve made and personal growth I’ve had I’ve been able to work better with others as well. My relationships and my business have also improved greatly since working with Jeff.

I have learned more about myself and how to take control of my mindset and emotions. I have learned my self-worth and have learned to love myself so much more. I have also been able to find joy in the process again and not only focus on the end-results and always feeling unfulfilled or unsatisfied. Now I have a mission and a vision for my life, and I feel so aligned to my higher purpose and most profound passions. I am excited about my future and everything to come.

I’ve genuinely come so far since I began working with Jeff and I had no idea how much I needed this until now. It’s been such a blessing. Jeff has such a huge heart and so much passion behind his coaching, and he truly cares about his clients. He’s been there for me when I have fallen, had a bad day or slipped into old habits to help me get out. I still have my bad days, but now I bounce back much faster because of the tools he’s given me and the strength I’ve gained through this process.

I’m forever grateful for Jeff and all the work he’s doing with me. I don’t know where I’d be today if I hadn’t done this hard work with him!
